Hi Ross — originally I thought people would fill out the Log by hand. That’s how I fill out most of the worksheets I create for DIY MFA.

I LOVE your idea of making it possible to fill it electronically. If you want to take a crack at it, feel free! Thanks for volunteering to do that. You rock!

Good post but it doesn’t look like someone who wanted to use your log form could complete it electronically. Best I can tell, all they can do is print it and fill it out manually.
