Kerryn, you're a knitter too? That's awesome! I love knitting and all yarn-related crafts. Sometimes I go to yarn stores just so I can pet the pretty yarn. I even got locked into a yarn store once because I was so absorbed in the textures and colors that I didn't notice they had closed for lunch. (Talk about truth being crazier than fiction! You can't make this stuff up.)
.
There's something about repetitive motion, though, that really helps my brain recharge and allows stories to unravel. I can't tell you how many times I've discovered solutions to problems with my stories by knitting a few rows and clearing my head.

I've been knitting, something I'm doing a little compulsively at the moment but it's great to slow my mind. I also baked some biscuits which was fun. I also love browsing <a href="https://pinterest.com/" / rel="nofollow">pinterest</a>, but WARNING it is a huge time suck!
